Summary Translation:

Arjuna said: You are the Supreme Brahman, the ultimate abode, the purest, the Absolute Truth. You are the eternal, divine, original person, the unborn, the greatest. All the great sages such as Narada, Asita, Devala and Vyasa proclaim this of You, and now You Yourself are declaring it to me.

Detailed Analysis:

Arjuna identifies the 'Theoretic Culmination of Recognition.' He says, 'paraṁ brahma paraṁ dhāma pavitraṁ paramaṁ bhavān'—You (bhavān) are the Supreme Brahman (paraṁ brahma), the Supreme Abode (paraṁ dhāma), and the Supreme Purifier (pavitraṁ paramam). 'puruṣhaṁ śhāśhvataṁ divyam ādi-devam ajaṁ vibhum'—the eternal (śhāśhvata), divine (divyam) person (puruṣham), the original Lord (ādi-devam), the unborn (ajam), and the all-pervading (vibhum). 'āhus tvām ṛiṣhayaḥ sarve devarṣhir nāradas tathā'—all the sages (ṛiṣhayaḥ sarve) and the celestial sage Narada (devarṣhiḥ nāradaḥ) say this of You (āhuḥ tvām). 'asito devalo vyāsaḥ svayaṁ chaiva bravīṣhi me'—as well as Asita, Devala, and Vyasa, and now You Yourself (svayaṁ cha eva) tell (bravīṣhi) it to me. This analysis focuses on the 'Theoretic Confirmation of Divine Identity.' Arjuna moves from 'Doubt' to 'Direct Perception.' In the 'Theoretic Framework of Absolute Sovereignty,' Arjuna acknowledges that Krishna is not just a teacher but the 'Objective' of all teaching. This detailed analysis reveals that Arjuna defines 'Paraṁ Brahma' (Supreme Brahman) as the highest ontological category. This shloka provides a ' Framework for the Validation of Truth.' It teaches that truth must be consistent across 'Shastra' (Scripture), 'Guru' (Sages like Vyasa), and 'Anubhava' (Direct experience/Krishna’s words). Arjuna is telling Krishna that 'My own realization now aligns with the eternal testimony of the greatest minds in history.' This is the ' Goal of the Convinced Seeker,' where 'The Realization' is 'Universal'.

The detailed analysis of 'Paraṁ Dhāma' (Supreme Abode) is the 'Theoretic Description of the Final Resting Place.' In our practical lives, we seek 'Temporary Shelters.' Arjuna is stating that Krishna is the 'Ultimate Foundation' where all journeys end. Arjuna is defining 'The Lord' as the 'Śhāśhvataṁ Puruṣhaṁ' (Eternal Person). This shloka provides a 'Framework for the Confluence of Personal and Impersonal Divinity.' It teaches that the 'Brahman' is also the 'Vibhum' (All-pervading person). Arjuna is defining 'Pavitraṁ Paramam' (Supreme Purifier) as the one whose presence dissolves all stains of material contact. This verse is the ' Proof that Arjuna has transcended his initial confusion.' By listing sages like Narada and Vyasa, he provides 'Independent Correlation' for his conviction. This shloka is the 'Universal Manual for the Student of Reality,' forcing us to realize that 'When the heart is ready, the voice of the Divine and the voice of the Sages become one'. This is the ' Goal of the Harmonized Seeker,' where 'The Testimony' is 'Perfect'.
