Summary Translation:
Arjuna said: O Hrishikesha, it is only right that the world rejoices and becomes attached by chanting Your glories. The demons, out of fear, flee in all directions, while all the hosts of perfected beings bow down to You in obeisance.
Arjuna identifies the 'Theoretic Justification of Universal Joy and Terror.' He begins with 'sthāne'—it is proper or fitting. This analysis focuses on the 'Theoretic Response of the Creation' to the 'Prakīrtyā' (glories) of the Lord. He addresses Krishna as 'Hṛiṣhīkeśha' (Master of the Senses). This detailed analysis reveals that Arjuna defines the world's reaction in two ways: the righteous 'prahṛiṣhyati' (rejoice) and 'anurajyate' (become attached/attuned), while the 'rakṣhāṁsi' (demons) are 'bhītāni' (terrified) and 'diśho dravanti' (flee in all directions). This shloka provides a ' Framework for the Sorting of Souls.' It teaches that the Divine Presence acts as a ' Filter,' attracting the 'Siddha-saṅghāḥ' (hosts of perfected beings) to 'namasyanti' (bow down) while repelling the chaotic forces. Arjuna is telling Krishna that 'Your form is a mirror; the pure see beauty and rejoice, while the impure see their own destruction and run.' This is the ' Goal of the Devout Seeker,' where 'The Jubilation' is 'Localized'.
The detailed analysis of 'Hṛiṣhīkeśha' (Master of Senses) is the 'Theoretic Description of Divine Control.' In our practical lives, we think our senses are our own. Arjuna sees that 'Theoretic Perception' itself belongs to the Lord. Krishna is defining 'The Self' as the 'Magnet of the Universe.' This shloka provides a 'Framework for the Natural Order.' By saying 'It is right,' Arjuna is accepting the ' Symmetry' of the vision. The demons flee because they cannot withstand the 'Light of Truth.' Arjuna is defining 'Anurajyate' as the ' Bond of Love' that develops through chanting glories. This verse is the ' Proof that God's name is the source of both protection and celebration.' By mentioning the 'Siddhas,' he covers the 'Transcendental Validation' of the vision. This shloka is the 'Universal Manual for Understanding Emotional Resonance,' forcing us to realize that 'Our reaction to God reveals our own inner nature'. This is the ' Goal of the Chanting Seeker,' where 'The Attraction' is 'Localized'.
