Summary Translation:
The Blessed Lord said: He whose mind is fixed on My personal form, always engaged in worshiping Me with great and transcendental faith, is considered by Me to be most perfect.
Krishna identifies the 'Theoretic Answer to Arjuna's Comparison.' He uses the phrase 'mayy āveśhya mano'—fixing the mind upon Me. This analysis focuses on the 'Theoretic Perfection' of those who are 'nitya-yuktāḥ' (always connected) and 'śhraddhayā parayopetāḥ' (endowed with supreme faith). This detailed analysis reveals that Krishna defines these devotees as 'yuktatamā matāḥ' (the most perfect in My opinion). This shloka provides a ' Framework for Personalist Theology.' It teaches that 'Absorption' (Aveshya) of the mind in a relatable form of God is the ' Shortcut' to the highest state. Krishna is telling Arjuna that 'The ' Ideal' is the devotee whose faith is so absolute that their mind never leaves My person.' This is the ' Goal of the Absorbed Seeker,' where 'The Mind' is 'Localized'.
The detailed analysis of 'Śhraddhayā Parayā' (Supreme Faith) is the 'Theoretic Description of the Spiritual Engine.' In our practical lives, 'Faith' is what keeps us moving. Krishna is defining 'The Self' as the 'Recipient' of this faith who validates the devotee's effort. This shloka provides a 'Framework for the Lord's Preference.' By saying 'In My opinion' (Matāḥ), Krishna is not dismissing the other path but is establishing the ' Efficacy' of Bhakti for humans. Arjuna is defining 'Nitya-yuktāḥ' as the ' Continuity' of consciousness. This verse is the ' Proof that the Lord values the personal connection over cold abstraction.' By emphasizing the 'Mano' (mind), he covers the 'Internal Nature' of true worship. This shloka is the 'Universal Manual for Direct Connection,' forcing us to realize that 'God is found most easily when we offer Him our mind with undivided trust'. This is the ' Goal of the Faithful Seeker,' where 'The Opinion' is 'Localized'.
