In this verse, Lord Krishna declares the Verdict on those who persist in the demonic nature. He refers to them as Dvishatah (envious), Kruran (cruel), and Naradhaman (the lowest among men). This Condemnation is a Consequence of their Malice. Krishna states that He Kshipami (casts) them Ajasram (perpetually) into the ocean of Samsara, specifically into Asurisu-eva-yonisu (demonic species of life). The analysis reveals that Divine Justice is Precise. If a soul Chooses the demonic path, the Lord Facilitates that choice by placing them in Bodies where they can continue their nature. For a Hindu, this is the Cycle of karma where Mischief leads to Degradation. Krishna is Identifying that He is the Judge who maintains the Order. The Significance of this shloka is that it shows how Envy leads to Demotion. Krishna’s Diagnosis proves that the Lowest are those who Hate God. This Casting is not Cruelty, but the Reaction to their Action. The Lesson here is that Evolution requires Surrender. Krishna Guides us to avoid being Mischievous. This verse serves as a Warning that Persistence in sin leads to Rebirth in lower forms. It reinforces the Necessity of Reformation. Ultimately, Freedom is Forfeited when one Blasphemes the Supreme Lord.
